Quality Control Services
Quality inspection is a very important aspect which is why at We Source 88 we offer 4 types of inspection to assure what you have paid for is what you have ordered.
They are as follows:
- Incoming inspection
- During production inspection
- Pre-shipment inspection
- Container loading supervision
- Incoming Inspection
As we have previously introduced that the same furniture design varies a lot at raw materials if there is a big difference in price. That’s why an incoming inspection is necessary. Though 95% of the suppliers are honest, there are still 5% of black sheep which cheat customers with inferior materials. With our incoming inspection service, you can be assured no such thing will happen to your orders. It will help you protect your fame in the market.
With incoming inspection, we will check the below points to ensure the right material is used for your orders.
- The appearance of the raw materials
- Color deviations
- Dimensions, Structures
- Compositions
- During Production Inspection(DPI)
A DPI uncovers defects at the early stage of the production and corrects it in time so that the defect rate for the rest of production is lowered. It makes sure that the production conforms to your standards. Also, with DPI, we are able to check the production schedule and confirm that the products will be ready according to your shipment schedule. A DPI helps you avoid the possible delay caused by the defects in production.
At Viet Nam, we perform our DPI form below points
- Quantity
- Artworks
- Workmanship
- Client Special Requirement
- Product Specification
- Semi-finished product check
- Packing
- Pre-Shipment Inspection(PSI)
PSI is the most effective inspection that confirms the whole shipment’s quality level. To perform the PSI, we require the production to be 100% completed and at least 80% of goods to be packed. We will randomly select inspection samples according to AQL standard. Based on different product categories, we have developed our special criteria and checklist for the inspection. Normally, We will check the below aspects during a pre-shipment inspection.
- Quantity
- Packing
- Workmanship
- Artworks
- On-Site Tests
- Client Special Requirement
- Product Specification
After the inspection, our professional inspector will provide a detailed inspection report to help you make shipment decisions. Hope we can be your long term partners to secure your supply chain.
